KURZ's magnetic foil is well known for its reliable storage and data protection

magnetic foils are available in a variety of colors and designs and signifi cantly

enhance the appearance of any card.

KURZ's holographic magnetic foils are highly decorative and provide a high level of security to prevent forgery. Diffractive foils can be used in conjunction with OVDs from the KURZ brand protection and/or high

security business lines. All overt and covert characteristics of OVD can be integrated into our magnetic foils. Holographic foils - available in gold or silver - provide a high-gloss appearance similar to KURZ metallic foils.

Scratch-off foil made by KURZ provides effective protection from unauthorized access to secure data, for instance on prepaid cards. KURZ foil can be used in vertical or roll-on stamping applications, applied at high speed and produces a clean result. It fi nishes highly opaque while being easy to scratch off, as intended. We supply a wide range of standard or specially designed foils. Holographic scratch-off foil can also be used as an added design feature.

KURZ scratch-off foils are available with a multitude of holographic designs. The foil is extremely attractive and offers a high degree of protection from forgery or tampering. Some foils contain security elements well known for brand protection. Scratch-off foils are also available in a wide range of standard patterns or can be specially designed to meet your needs.

KURZ is the certifi ed supplier of MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Our signature foil is easy to process but hard to tamper with. It can easily be written on with a ballpoint or felt-tip pen. Once stamped on to the card, it forms an insoluble bond with the card, offering a high level of protection from forgery or

fraud. Attempts at tampering with the foil, either by scratching, erasing or the use of solvents and/or oxidants, can be easily recognized. KURZ signature foil is available as continuous foil in our standard or customer-specifi c designs, and as

individual foil sheets. The foil can be easily applied using vertical or roll-on-stamping methods.

Misuse and forgery of prepaid cards or telephone cards is on the increase, which is why KURZ has upped the ante even more as it relates to unauthorized access to data. The new Z-version scratch-off foil has been developed to integrate an

even more opaque layer into the core of the foil to make reading PIN numbers more diffi cult in the event the card is tampered with. This new layer provides a higher degree of security without impairing the positive characteristics of the scratch-off foil. The Z-version is also easy to apply and scratch-off.
