Hot innovations provide new possibilities:
Using the novel 3DHS machine, even 3-dimensionally formed plastic parts can be decorated by means of up-and-down stamping - without the need for special foil formulations. The inmold foil feeding device IMD-MK/S raises the bar for precision and speed in inmold decoration. The development of printed RFID tags and antennas opens up entirely new applications. Innovative UNICOLOR foil grades create high-gloss surfaces of never-before-seen brilliance. KURZ offers optimized chrome brushed designs especially for outdoor use.
Optimum technology for every application:
At the KURZ booth, you will be able to experience plastics decoration live on six different hot stamping machines - including, of course, our innovative 3DHS machine for 3-dimensionally formed plastic parts. LCT stands for customized, colored labeling of individual parts, for example to apply serial numbers in serial production. PGF enables the stamping of extensive letters and signs by roll-on stamping. Through dynamic regulation of the stamping pressure, SHP-20 provides for constantly precise results - even for plastic parts of imprecise part geometry. IMD stamps housing lids with a continuous design, CHS-25 is a computer-controlled, peripheral roll-on machine that can stamp designs onto conical plastic sleeves.
Customized designs for new trends:
Become a designer yourself! Our visitors can experiment with combining designs. We will also be exhibiting the latest trends in surface finishing in the Design Center. Having selected the desired surface design, the exact same effect can be achieved even when entirely different decoration technologies are employed - we will be demonstrating this under our design composites theme by way of current examples from the automotive industry. The KURZ product range offers a comprehensive variety of foil grades, colors and designs. Besides our standard designs, we will also be presenting numerous specialty foils and our latest developments.
